“If a client says to me that they want a particular space, but I don’t think it’s right for them even though I could lease or sell it to them and collect a commission – I’ll tell them, No, it’s not right for you. Then I’ll try and find them something that’s better suited for them. And if I don’t have it, I’ll try to help them find an appropriate space with someone else. The right client for the suitable space, and vice-versa, that’s how I look at it"
